Total Wireless Hosts Free UFC Fight Week Events in New York

Total Wireless, a prepaid wireless provider on the Verizon network, is hosting a three-day series of free community events in New York City leading up to UFC 322 on November 15 at Madison Square Garden. The initiative, beginning November 13, is designed to make the excitement of Fight Week more accessible to local New Yorkers by offering high-impact experiences at no cost.

Connecting Communities Through Sport

This activation is part of Total Wireless’s mission to connect communities through interactive sports initiatives.

The community events kick off with an exclusive educational component:

• Thursday, November 13 (Exclusive Event): The UFC Foundation and Total Wireless will partner with Hit The Books MMA, a literacy nonprofit, to host a Q&A and youth fitness seminar featuring former UFC Flyweight Champion Alexa Grasso and Welterweight Gilbert Burns. This inspiring event is open only to the students of Hit The Books MMA.

Fan Access and Meet & Greets

Total Wireless will continue the momentum with two free fan meet-and-greet events featuring UFC stars, offering locals a chance to win UFC 322 tickets and VIP watch party passes:

• Friday, November 14: Meet & Greet with Daniel Cormier 🎙️
  • Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Location: Total Wireless Store (3341 Broadway, New York, NY)
  • Details: UFC Hall of Famer and commentator Daniel Cormier will meet fans. The event includes complimentary food, a live DJ, and giveaways, including UFC 322 tickets.
• Saturday, November 15: Meet & Greet with Gilbert Burns 🇧🇷
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Total Wireless Store (1656 Broadway, New York, NY)
  • Details: Welterweight contender Gilbert Burns will greet fans just hours before the UFC 322 Main Card. The event will feature live music and raffles for tickets and prizes.

The Fight Week celebration culminates with an exclusive viewing experience:

• Saturday, November 15: UFC 322 Watch Party with DraftKings
  • Time: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Location: Legends Sports Bar (6 W 33rd St, New York, NY)
  • Access: This event requires VIP tickets. Fans can score these tickets by attending the two meet-and-greet events or by visiting the Total Wireless store at 646 9th Avenue before November 14, while supplies last. VIP perks include premium seating and complimentary appetizers.
